#NoTasteToWaste is a new campaign presented by Contital about how aluminium can minimise food waste. Longer shelf-life and portioning are seen as key factors in reducing food waste. Aluminium, thanks to its barrier effect, represents a guarantee of protection against light, moisture and environmental contamination, extending the product’s shelf life. More than this, aluminium foil has an excellent corrosion resistance.
