The former are extremely rigid and made of plain or lacquered aluminium (white/terracotta or black/gold), from single to twelve portions, with and without handles and resealable with pre-formed lids made of recyclable material. The latter, however, represent the ideal compromise between rigidity and lightness. They can be closed with flat aluminium or laminated cardboard lids and are available in multiple shapes, from rectangular to circular.
