Contital achieves UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality
Contital is pleased to announce that it has achieved the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, a key milestone officially validating the effectiveness of the company policies adopted in favor of gender equality and inclusion.
This important recognition rewards our corporate commitment to fostering talent, equity, and merit, ensuring that all employees enjoy the same professional growth opportunities within a safe, motivating, and bias-free work environment. Achieving this standard is part of a broader project within the Laminazione Sottile Group, which successfully involved the simultaneous certification of all its 4 Italian sites under a single integrated management system.
The Six Strategic Areas
Attaining the national reference practice UNI/PdR 125:2022 required an in-depth audit structured around six strategic macro-areas:
- Culture and strategy
- Governance
- HR processes
- Growth opportunities and inclusion for women
- Remuneration equity by gender
- Parental status protection and work-life balance
The entire evaluation process of the established key performance indicators was validated through an independent audit conducted by SGS S.r.l., a leading globally accredited certification body.
Through this certification, Contital strengthens the application of transparent organizational processes, introducing formal, written, and identical recruitment and career path regulations for everyone, guaranteeing a full return to professional growth after caregiving leaves, and establishing an internal representative with a dedicated reporting channel. The fulfillment of these criteria will be subject to a periodic annual review, confirming our company’s determination to constantly invest in social sustainability and the centrality of human resources.
