Aluminium Plates – Tablespoon Chocolate Cake

Ingredients (2 serves)

• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons 0 flour
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon microwave baking powder
• 1 tablespoon nutella
• Powdered sugar

Directions

Mix the egg and the sugar. Slowly add the cocoa powder, the flour and the sifted microwave baking powder. Incorporate milk and sunflower oil. Mix all the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained, then add Nutella®.

Pout the ingredients in Contital lacquered aluminium plate and put in the microwave, 800w, for about 3 minutes. Let it cool and sprinkle powdered sugar.
